As usual, the filter precision of the fine filter stage is selected as:
(1) Insulating oil, choose 1~5μm.
(2)46﹟The following lubricating oil, turbine oil, choose 10~20μm.
(3) Internal combustion engine oil and gear oil 20-50μm.
The choice of filtering precision is mainly affected by two factors.
1. The need for oil. For example, insulating oil must pass through high-precision filtration to reach a high insulation value, while large-modulus gears have much more extensive requirements for impurities.
2, the viscosity of the oil. High-viscosity oil cannot pass through the fine filter and must reduce accuracy.
If the oil filter unilaterally exaggerates the cleanliness of the oil and adopts a fine filter, it is bound to increase operating costs. because:
(1) The filter element is often clogged, and it is necessary to clean or even replace the filter element frequently.
(2) Increase the axial pressure, so that the oil can pass through the filter screen faster, but the filter element will be crushed every time.
(3) The preheating oil tank is added to increase the temperature and lower the viscosity.
