Steam turbine oil pollution control includes two aspects: control during steam turbine oil blending production and control during operation. In the production process of steam turbine oil, the filtration method is mainly used to remove solid impurities, while the pollution control of the steam turbine oil during operation requires the removal of water in addition to solid particles. The pollution levels required for steam turbine oil are listed in the table below.
Gear oil filter oil filter is mainly used for the special filtration of various solid impurities such as gear oil, lubricating oil, insulating oil, etc., especially the filtration of high-viscosity oil that cannot be filtered by ordinary oil filters. It is the replacement product of the plate and frame pressure filter. For occasions that only need to filter out mechanical impurities, this machine is more flexible, convenient, low-cost, and high-precision than vacuum oil filters. It has wider uses and longer life than ordinary pressure filters. It can be heated at a constant temperature to reduce the consistency and does not need to be replaced. Filter paper, high and stable filtration accuracy. Therefore, gear oil purifiers are widely used in electric power, manufacturing, automobiles, railways, metallurgy, steel rolling, aviation, industrial and mining, etc., for gear oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, machine oils, compressor oils, spindle oils, and insulating oils. , And all liquid oils with lubricating function are used for deep filtration, but no lubricating and flammable liquids such as ethanol and gasoline shall be filtered.
When the oil filter is working, the contaminated oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of the external atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, the heated oil enters the primary filter, the large particles of impurities are filtered out, and then the oil enters the water separator and is separated by vacuum The device flows through a special divergence device. The diverging device generates a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to an atmosphere with low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gas in the oil. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into liquid through the water tank and the cooler, and enters the water reservoir together, and the remaining gas is vacuumed out. The water-removed oil is fed into the fine filter by the oil drain pump to remove particulate impurities, that is, purified oil. A purification process is completed. Depending on the water content, multiple cycles are required to completely remove the water.
1. All parts of the oil filter have been adjusted and tested before leaving the factory, and they must be checked if they are in good condition when they are shipped to the site of use.
2. The oil filter is placed steadily, the oil inlet is connected to the lower oil outlet of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.
3. Connect the power supply and ground wire to the oil filter. The power distribution cabinet on the machine and the connections of the oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater should be inspected to ensure that the connection is firm and the insulation is reliable.
4. Try to start the oil pump motor and observe whether it rotates clockwise (view from the motor side). Otherwise, change the phase of the power supply.
5. When running hydraulic oil and other mechanical oil processing online, it is necessary to add the same brand of oil appropriately to ensure that the oil level in the oil tank is normal.
