1. Fear of "dirty"

If the parts such as fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, hydraulic oil filter and various filters are too dirty, the filtering effect will be deteriorated, and excessive impurities will enter the cylinder of the oil circuit, aggravating the The wear and tear of the parts increases the possibility of failure; if it is seriously blocked, it will also cause the vehicle to not work properly. Dirty parts such as water tank fins, air-cooled engine block and cylinder head fins, and cooler fins will lead to poor heat dissipation and high temperature. Therefore, such "dirty" parts must be cleaned and maintained in time.

2. Fear of "hot"

If the temperature of the engine piston is too high, it is easy to cause overheating and melting and cause the cylinder to lock; rubber seals, V-belts, tires, etc. are overheated, which are prone to premature aging, performance degradation, and shortened service life; electrical equipment such as starters, generators, and regulators If the coil is overheated, it is easy to be burned and scrapped; the vehicle bearing should be kept at an appropriate temperature. If it is overheated, the lubricating oil will quickly deteriorate, which will eventually cause the bearing to burn and the vehicle to be damaged.

3. Fear of "stringing"

Various couplings in the diesel engine fuel system, the main driven gear in the main reducer of the drive axle, the hydraulic control valve block and valve stem, the valve core and valve sleeve in the full hydraulic steering gear, etc. After special processing, they are ground in pairs, and the coordination is very precise. They are always used in pairs during the service life and must not be interchanged. Some mutual matching parts, such as piston and cylinder liner, bearing bush and journal, valve and valve seat, connecting rod big end tile cover and rod body, etc., after a period of running-in effect, they are relatively well matched. During maintenance, attention should also be paid to Assemble in pairs, do not "drop" each other.

4. Fear of "reverse"

The engine cylinder gasket cannot be installed reversely during installation, otherwise it will cause premature ablation damage to the cylinder gasket; some special shapes of piston rings cannot be installed reversely, and should be assembled according to the requirements of different models; the engine fan blades are also installed in a direction. Requirements, the fans are generally divided into two types: exhaust air and air intake, which cannot be reversed, otherwise it will lead to poor engine heat dissipation and high temperature; for tires with directional patterns, such as herringbone pattern tires, the ground marks after installation should make people feel The tip of the letter points to the rear for maximum driving force. Different models also have different requirements for the two tires installed in parallel, so they cannot be installed at will.

5. Fear of "lack"

When repairing the vehicle, some small parts may be missed due to negligence, and some people even think that it does not matter whether they are installed or not, which is very dangerous and harmful. Engine valve lock plates should be installed in pairs, if missing or missing, the valve will be out of control and the piston will be damaged; engine connecting rod bolts, flywheel bolts, split pins installed on the drive shaft bolts, locking screws, safety plates or If the anti-loosening devices such as spring pads are not installed, serious failures may occur in use; if the oil nozzle used to lubricate the gears in the engine timing gear chamber is missing, it will cause serious oil leakage there, causing the engine to leak. The oil pressure is too low; the loss of the water tank cover, oil port cover, and fuel tank cover will cause the intrusion of sand, gravel, dust, etc., and aggravate the wear of various parts.

6. Fear of "oil"

The paper filter element of the engine dry air filter has strong hygroscopicity. If it is stained with oil, it is easy to suck the mixture with higher concentration into the cylinder, resulting in insufficient air volume, increased fuel consumption, and reduced engine power. Diesel engines may also Causes "speeding"; if the V-belt is stained with oil, it will accelerate its corrosion and aging, and at the same time it is prone to slipping, resulting in reduced transmission efficiency; brake shoes, dry clutch friction plates, brake belts, etc., if stained with oil Fluid, slippage and poor work are easy to occur, thus threatening driving safety; oil stains on the starter motor and generator carbon brushes, etc., will lead to insufficient starter motor power and low generator voltage due to poor contact. Tire rubber is very sensitive to oil corrosion. Contact with oil will soften or peel the rubber. Short-term contact can lead to abnormal or even serious damage to the tire.

7. Fear of "washing"

Some people who are new to driving or repairing may think that all spare parts need to be cleaned. In fact, this understanding is one-sided. For the paper air filter element of the engine, when removing the dust on it, it cannot be cleaned with any oil, just tap lightly with your hands or blow high-pressure air from the inside of the filter element to the outside; for leather parts, it is also not suitable To clean with oil, simply wipe with a clean rag.

8. Fear of "pressure"

If the tire casing is stored under pressure for a long time and is not turned over in time, it will be deformed due to extrusion, which will affect the service life; if the paper filter element of the air filter and fuel filter is squeezed, it will produce a large deformation. And can not play a reliable role in filtering; rubber oil seals, triangle tape, tubing, etc. can not be squeezed, otherwise it will also deform, affecting normal use.

9. Fear of "near fire"

Rubber products such as tires, triangular tapes, cylinder liner water-blocking rings, and rubber oil seals will be easily aged, deteriorated or damaged if they are close to the fire source, and on the other hand, may cause fire accidents. Especially for some diesel cars, it is difficult to start in the severe cold in winter. Some drivers often use blowtorches to heat them, so it is necessary to prevent the lines and oil lines from being burned out.

10. Fear of "repetition"

Some parts should be used once, but individual drivers or repairmen reuse them for saving or because they do not understand the "taboo", which can easily lead to accidents. Generally speaking, engine connecting rod bolts, nuts, imported diesel injector fixing bolts, cylinder liner water blocking rings, sealing copper gaskets, various oil seals and sealing rings of the hydraulic system, as well as important parts of pins, cotter pins and other parts are dismantled. Afterwards, the new product must be replaced; for the engine cylinder gasket, although no damage is found during maintenance, it is best to replace the new product, because the old product has poor elasticity, poor sealing, and easy ablation damage. If there is a new product, it is better to replace it as much as possible.
