3. Oil spill
When the megavibrator is working, the oil dew evaporated from the high-temperature oil is often attached to the surrounding wall of the cylinder. As the vehicle is driven, the dust brought up by the wheels will then adhere to the oil and form a A layer of sludge, this situation is normal. But if the hydraulic oil inside the shock absorber does not escape from the piston rod, or there are oil stains or oil droplets on the wall of the shock absorber and the lower ring, it means that the oil leakage of the shock absorber has failed.
4. Abnormal noise
If a certain shock absorber is damaged, the corresponding wheel is equivalent to having no shock absorber, then the shock absorption effect will be greatly reduced. Voice. At the same time, the adhesion between the wheel and the ground may also decrease accordingly. When the vehicle is cornering, the wheel will leave the ground. At this time, you can obviously feel the body roll increasing. There is a risk of side slipping or even loss of control during the work, mainly because the damping of the shock absorber is too small to effectively inhibit the compression of the spring. Of course, when the shock absorber fails, especially when cornering, the driving speed of the vehicle must be reduced to ensure safe driving, and repairs should be carried out immediately.
