What to pay attention to when maintaining the filter equipment

Jan 20, 2023

1. The dry habit air filter is composed of a dust cover, a deflector, a dust outlet, and a vacuum cup. During maintenance, attention should be paid to:

1. The dust cover and the diversion should maintain the correct shape. If there is a bump, they should be reshaped in time to avoid the airflow changing the original design flow direction and reducing the filtering effect.

2. Some drivers add oil to the dust cup (or dust collector pan), which is not allowed. Because the oil is easy to splash to the dust outlet, guide plate and other parts, so that this part absorbs dust, which will eventually reduce the filtering and separation capacity.

3. Regularly check and clean the dust holes on the centrifugal dust cover, remove the dust adhering to the deflector, and pour out the dust in the dust cup (the dust collection in the container should not exceed 1/3 of its volume). During installation, the sealing of the rubber gasket at the connection should be ensured, and there should be no air leakage, otherwise the air flow will be short-circuited, reducing the rotation speed of the air, and greatly reducing the dust removal effect.

2. Maintenance of wet inertia filter:

Wet inertia air filter is composed of central pipe, oil pool, etc. Pay attention to:

1. The height of the oil level in the oil pool should be moderate. The oil should be added between the upper and lower marks on the oil pan or at the arrow mark. If the oil level is too low, the amount of oil is insufficient, and the filtering effect is poor; if the oil level is too high, the oil is too much, which is easy to be sucked into the cylinder for combustion, and may lead to a "speeding" accident.

2. Regularly clean the oil pan and change the oil. When changing the oil, the viscosity of the oil should be moderate. If the viscosity is too large, it is easy to block the filter screen of the filter device and increase the air intake resistance; if the viscosity is too small, the ability of the oil to adhere to dust is reduced, and the splashed oil is easily sucked into the cylinder to participate in combustion, resulting in carbon deposits.
